What to include in a support email
Email the iPhone model, iOS version, WanderWave app version, the screen you were on, and what happened. If you attach a screenshot, remove private details before sending it.
Missing progress
Progress and recovery copies are stored on your device. Avoid deleting the app while troubleshooting missing saves, because removing the app may remove its local data.
Settings → Reset Progress clears saved gameplay, recipes, collections, and settings after confirmation. It does not cancel or refund purchases, and it does not delete the separate local audio-diagnostics file.
Restore a purchase
Apple handles purchases. To restore verified purchase access, use the Apple Account that made the purchase, connect to the internet, and choose Portals → Restore in the app.
Restoring a purchase does not restore lost gameplay. Apple handles billing and refund requests.
